Three years ago, Daniel was on his mission in Europe.
Three years ago, I only dreamed of being an aunt.
Three years ago, I finished my first year of college.
Three years ago, my brother began law school at University of Idaho.
And, three years ago, we should have booked a hotel room for his graduation.
When the time came last Christmas to make arrangements for our trip to Moscow for Ryan's graduation, we quickly realized that every hotel lacked vacancy. Every hotel. My dad was puzzled as to where we would all stay, because we definitely couldn't fit in Ryan's apartment. We weren't exactly sure how my dad was going to solve this problem...until he informed us that he rented one of these...
Yep. My dad rented a R.V. We laughed and joked endlessly about the fact that we would all be together in a R.V. for the weekend, but it was...AWESOME! My sister, Hollie, was right when she said that a R.V. will be our preferred mode of travel after this trip.
Although the ride to and from Moscow was super fun, being able to watch Ryan graduate was the real treat of the trip. Ryan is such a great example to me, and I couldn't have been more proud to listen to him speak at graduation and watching him accomplish something so incredible. My brother is one of the most knowledgable people I know. My dad can fix anything, Daniel can do anything, and Ryan knows everything. I have a pretty awesome big brother, and I don't even mind being one of his three less successful siblings...
Unfortunately, my delicious d-spice couldn't join us on our R.V. vacation due to work. He had a pretty important task to fulfill back at home though. He had to help my beautiful little sister get ready for prom. She looked so pretty, and I can't believe she is getting so OLD. I sure do love her.
The RV was GREAT!!! Can't wait to do it again. And I'm glad dan took some pics of our pretty sister.
